Kapil Soni

Kapil Soni is an accomplished IT Services and Management Leader with extensive experience in Practice Management, Sales, IT Strategy, Program Delivery, and Business Intelligence. They served as a Consulting Program Director and later as a Consulting Sales Senior Director at Oracle, managing key accounts and complex relationships. Currently, Soni is the Chief Executive Officer at THE SMILE EXPRESS PA, focusing on growing a group of dental offices within a DSO model. They previously held senior roles in IT and client management at organizations like State Street Corporation and I-flex Solutions, where they significantly contributed to project management and client satisfaction. Soni holds an MBA in Finance and Systems from Bharathidasan Institute of Management and a BE in Electronics and Communication from Punjab Engineering College.
