Karen Barrows

Karen Barrows is a results-driven Senior HR Manager at Oracle, where they have developed and led initiatives supporting employee well-being and talent management. Their previous roles include serving as an HR Business Partner at Intel Corporation, where they designed performance management courses and facilitated global restructuring processes. With over a decade of experience at Oracle, Barrows has also been a community leader for the Oracle Women’s Leadership Program, mentoring future leaders. They are currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at Golden Gate University and hold a Bachelor of Science in the same field from California State University-Sacramento.
