Kayla Hoven

Kayla Hoven, MBA, is a Principal Consultant and Senior Learning Designer at Oracle. Previously, they served as a Senior Team Lead in Client Learning at Cerner Corporation, where they managed a team of seven and developed learning opportunities using the ADDIE methodology. Kayla has extensive experience in project management, instructional design, and client relationship management, having also held various roles such as Learning Leader and Learning Specialist at Cerner. They earned a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Missouri State University.
