Krutika Doshi

Krutika Doshi is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in recruiting for cloud development and consulting roles, notably at Oracle from June 2020 to June 2022. As Manager of Talent Advisory for Oracle Health, OAC, and CSI Consulting, Krutika led a high-performing team focused on strategic hiring initiatives. Prior to Oracle, Krutika served as a Research Associate at ABC Consultants and worked as a Consultant at Sayvaa, handling various aspects of the recruitment cycle. Krutika began the professional journey with a summer trainee role at Alstom Power India Ltd., where initial HR recruitment experience was gained. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Human Resource & Marketing from IILM Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Calcutta.
