Lance Richter

Lance Richter is currently serving as the Consulting Sales Director at Oracle, where they manage key consulting services for the signaling product group. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Tekelec, including First Office Application Manager and New Product Introduction Senior Manager, overseeing deployment operations and process improvements that resulted in significant cost savings. Lance earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an Associate of Applied Science in Bio Medical from Stanley Technical College.
