Larry Dyk

Larry Dyk is the GVP of Global HR Services at Oracle, where they lead the creation of a world-class employee experience for over 140,000 customers across 85 countries. With extensive expertise in operations management and transformational change, Larry previously held various significant roles at Oracle, including Director of Engineering and Quality and Sr. Director of Global HR Operations. They have a strong educational background in Industrial Technology and Mechanical Engineering from Western Washington University and New Mexico State University, respectively, as well as advanced executive leadership training from the University of Michigan. Larry is recognized for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across diverse functions and organizations.
