Lavinia Thompson

Lavinia Thompson is the Director of Production Engineering at Oracle, where they oversee people and project management for production engineering operations within Oracle Cerner's Healthcare Data Exchange and Transaction Services. They manage interoperability for payer and provider EDI connectivity and project management for the healthcare clearinghouse network. Prior to this role, Lavinia served as a Senior Manager of Information Systems Architecture at Cerner Corporation from 2018 to 2025 and held various managerial positions in healthcare technology, notably at Siemens Healthcare and IMS Health.
