Leah Davis, MBA, SPHR, STS, is a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Oracle, bringing over twenty years of extensive experience in EEO and labor compliance, employee relations, and HR practices. Previously, Leah served in various HR roles, including HR Generalist/Manager at AECOM and HR Manager/HRBP at Charter Communications, where they managed recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with federal regulations. Leah also held significant positions focusing on affirmative action plans and labor compliance during their tenure at The Pacific Companies and URS Corporation. They earned an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Northwest Nazarene University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from The College of Idaho.
