Liling Chen

Liling Chen is a Program Manager in the Managing Director’s Office at Oracle, where they lead initiatives at the AI Centre of Excellence to drive innovation and collaboration across teams. With a strong background in program management, Liling previously managed the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship program at Halogen Foundation Singapore, and has held various roles in event and project management. They are passionate about community engagement, recognized as Oracle's Volunteer Project Leader of the Year for APAC, and they actively support the Oracle Apprenticeship Program to foster early-career talent in AI, Data, and Cloud capabilities. Liling emphasizes continuous learning and mentorship in their personal and professional growth.
