Linda Carr

Linda Carr is an experienced organizational psychologist currently serving as the Director of Employee Listening at Oracle, where they manage global employee survey initiatives. With a strong foundation in HR strategy and analytics, they have held roles such as Sr. Manager of Workforce Intelligence and Principal Workforce Intelligence Consultant at Oracle, utilizing data to drive decision-making and enhance employee engagement. Linda's previous experience includes positions at Sun Microsystems, Cisco, and BlackBerry, where they led various HR programs, conducted research, and developed tools for organizational effectiveness. They are currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at The University of Akron while holding a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Tulsa.
