Lori Schlesman

Lori Schlesman is a strategic sales effectiveness leader with extensive experience in performance consulting, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness. They served as Sales Operations Director at Assurant Employee Benefits, managing a sales territory and team, and later as Learning & Performance Consultant at Wenhold Agency, providing insights to enhance organizational performance. At Dell Technologies, Lori held multiple leadership roles, including Global Sales Learning & Enablement Strategy Director, where they developed strategies for a large sales force and directed thought leadership initiatives. They are currently the Customer References Strategic Planning Lead at Oracle and are pursuing degrees in Coaching Inside the Organization from Babson College and Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
