Lu Skilbeck

Lu Skilbeck is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Advisory for EMEA at Oracle, where they align top talent with corporate strategy. They previously held roles as Senior Manager of Talent Advisory and various positions focused on recruitment within the ICT industry across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Lu began their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Robson Taylor and later worked at RP International, specializing in strategic recruitment. They obtained their education from The University of Manchester, completing two degrees between 2001 and 2004.
