Luca Turconi

Luca Turconi, MSc, ACC, is an Organization Development Consultant and Coach with a rich background in leadership development. Starting their career in the Executive Education sector, Luca founded Accelerance in 2011 to promote learner-centered solutions for leadership capability. Since 2020, they have been working independently with entrepreneurs and senior leaders globally, while also serving as a Senior Learning and Organization Development Advisor at the British Red Cross. Luca holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science from Birkbeck, University of London, and has pursued specialized training in group analysis.
