Lucas Ferroni

Lucas Ferroni possesses a diverse background in project leadership and workforce management, with significant experience in both academic and corporate settings. A Microeconomics Professor at the University of Buenos Aires from 2001 to 2012, Lucas transitioned to the private sector, holding managerial positions at Teleperformance, Atento, DIRECTV, and GE Capital. In these roles, responsibilities included leading teams, overseeing planning and management information systems, and enhancing technical support within various operational segments. Recently, Lucas served as Director of LATAM OPS CSS and Regional Lead for LATAM Hospitality and Food and Beverage at Oracle, focusing on improving customer experience in technical support.
