Luis Ventura

Luis Ventura is a transformational IT executive with extensive experience in driving scalable digital strategies and board-level technology leadership, particularly in the LATAM region. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Consultant at Oracle, Luis previously held roles as a Regional System Accounting Analyst at International Schools Partnership Limited and a Senior SAP FICO Consultant at i-man. With a decade of experience as Head of Payroll Operations at PROFEPA, they managed payroll for 3,000 employees nationally and developed expertise in Meta-4 and SQL. Luis also contributed to academia as a professor in various mathematics and computing subjects at the Centro de Estudios en Ciencias de la Comunicación. They hold a degree in Educational Management from Universidad Pedagógica Nacional and pursued studies in Computer Engineering at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
