Luna Muñoz

Luna Muñoz is a NetSuite Certified ERP Principal Consultant with a strong analytical, logistical, and administrative profile. They co-founded "Mujeres con Alas," an organization dedicated to supporting women experiencing gender-based violence. Luna previously served as a Store Manager at Apple, where they honed their skills in client experience and operations, and later worked as an Administration Manager at Soluciones Moviles, developing management solutions for sales and finances. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Billing and Collection Analyst at Otis Elevator Co., enhancing billing processes and customer relations. Currently, they are expanding their expertise as a Principal Functional Consultant at Oracle and continue to pursue knowledge in programming and technology.
