Lynne MacKenzie is currently a Senior Manager in Hospitality Product Management at Oracle, a position held since 2019. Previously, Lynne served as the Director of Customer Information Systems at Accor from 2017 to 2019 and held the same title at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts from 2012 to 2017. Lynne has extensive experience in loyalty management, having worked as a Manager of Loyalty at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International from 1994 to 2010 and as a Senior Manager of Loyalty Marketing at Holt Renfrew for a year. Lynne’s educational journey continues at the University of Guelph, where they are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, focusing on Consumer Studies.
