Mandy Gencay

Mandy Gencay is the Director of Network Reliability Engineering at Oracle, a position held since 2023. Previously, Mandy served as a Manager of IT Infrastructure Builds and a Network Development Manager III at Amazon from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles including Director of Network Engineering at GEODIS in 2019-2020 and several engineering positions at HCA from 2006 to 2008, as well as at Asurion from 2008 to 2010. Mandy earned degrees in Organizational Leadership from Lipscomb University and Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University, along with coursework in Anthropology at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
