Manish Agarwal is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background in technology and engineering management. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Oracle since October 2025, Manish previously held the same title at ThoughtSpot, where leadership encompassed engineering teams, production engineering, and site reliability engineering. Manish's prior roles include Head of Engineering for the OCI Marketplace at Oracle, Director of Engineering at Striim.com, and several positions at Amazon, including Software Development Manager for Amazon EC2 and Software Engineer focusing on distributed systems.
