Marcelo Murrer has been working in the tech industry since 2004, transitioning from Linux System Administration to developing and supporting large-scale cloud-based systems. They held various technical roles, including Network Administrator at Squadra Tecnologia and Technical Services at IBM, before continuing their journey as a Senior Technical Support and System Engineer at Amazon.
