Principal Technical Support Engineer

Marcin Rostkowski has extensive experience in technical support and intelligent networks, beginning with an Assistant to Systems Engineer role at MALKOM Spółka Cywilna in 1999, followed by positions including Intelligent Networks Specialist at T-Mobile Polska from 2000 to 2006, and Technical Support Specialist at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Marcin transitioned to eServGlobal as a Senior Support Engineer, where responsibilities included maintaining IN platforms for prepaid systems. Since August 2010, Marcin has been a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Oracle, focusing on the availability of OCNCC platforms and handling Oracle databases.
