Marcus Otis

Marcus Otis is a Senior HCM Cloud Consultant at Oracle since October 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at ArcLight Consulting as both Senior Consultant and Associate Consultant from June 2018 to September 2021, where expertise in Oracle HCM implementation was developed. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, where a transition to a team-based learning environment was implemented, and an internship in Human Resources at ISO New England Inc., enhancing skills in project management, compensation analysis, job sourcing, and career development.
