Mark Hendrickson

Mark Hendrickson is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture and software engineering. Currently serving as an Architect at Oracle since December 2018, Mark focuses on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, particularly in Control Plane and Virtual Cloud Networking, and is actively involved in architecture and design reviews within the Engineering Community Architecture Review process. Prior to joining Oracle, Mark held the position of Distinguished Engineer at Cisco from June 2000 to December 2018, where expertise in C++, Java, and Python contributed to the development of Cisco's cloud-based software as a service for enterprise telephony. Earlier career roles include Sr. Engineer at Carrier Access, Sr. Staff Engineer at Qualcomm, and Sr. Engineer at Biocontrol. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, earned between 1982 and 1985.
