Mark Partin

Mark Partin is currently the Chief Privacy Officer & Associate General Counsel at Oracle. Mark has previously worked as an attorney at Vedder Price P.C. and Chapman and Cutler LLP.

Partin began their career in 2002, working as an attorney at Chapman and Cutler LLP. Mark focused on commercial litigation and intellectual property law. In 2006, they moved to Vedder Price P.C., where they worked on a variety of cases, including employment law.

In 2011, Partin joined Oracle as an attorney. Mark has since been promoted to Chief Privacy Officer & Associate General Counsel. In this role, they are responsible for Oracle's compliance with privacy laws and regulations.

Mark Partin has a BS in Business and Biology from Indiana University Bloomington and a JD, cum laude, in Law from DePaul University College of Law. Mark also has certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in Certified Information Privacy Professional, CIPP/US.

Mark Partin reports to Dorian Daley, EVP, General Counsel & Secretary. They are on a team with Matthew Sarboraria - SVP, Legal & Associate General Counsel, Patent, Trademark and Copyright, Mary E. Doyle - VP, Legal & Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer. and Jeffery Moulds - Senior Corporate Counsel, Privacy & Security reports to Mark Partin.
