Mark Susol

Mark Susol is a data scientist, ML engineer, and AI agentic workflow engineer/architect with extensive experience in AI and machine learning, specializing in NLP and ML operations. They have held positions at notable organizations including Google, where they improved support routing accuracy and developed predictive models, and Oracle, where they provide generative AI/ML expertise. Mark has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the University of Colorado Boulder. They earned a Master of Science in Applied Physics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
