Martin Šmíd

Martin Šmíd is currently an HCM Principal Consultant at Oracle, where they focus on HCM reporting and continually seek to improve their expertise in various areas. Previously, Martin worked as an IT Business Analyst and Application Administrator at UniCredit Services S.C.p.A., managing local applications and providing support, customization, and project participation. Before that, Martin served as a Project Engineer at SIDAT, where they contributed to domestic and international projects in automation and informatics. They hold a Master's degree in Informatics from Česká zemědělská univerzita v Praze.
