Matt Ames

Matt Ames is a Senior Cloud Engineer at Oracle, where they focus on building and maintaining systems for the Aconex SaaS platform. Their career began in 2001 as an Operations Engineer and has spanned various roles across large enterprises and small startups. Notably, Matt worked on the Keystone platform, which Aconex acquired in 2015, before Oracle's acquisition in 2018. Additionally, they contributed as a Security Researcher for the OP25 Project, uncovering cryptographic exploits in APCO P25 radios, and co-authoring a published paper on this work. Matt is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wollongong.
