Matt Feiner

Matt Feiner is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in employment and corporate law. Feiner began a legal career at Proskauer Rose LLP as an associate from September 1998 to January 2001, followed by a similar role at Davis & Gilbert LLP until January 2004. After a brief stint as an employment attorney at Fidelity Investments, Feiner served as an associate at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP until January 2007. Subsequently, a significant tenure at Oracle from December 2016 to September 2023 included roles such as Senior Managing Counsel, Managing Counsel, Corporate Counsel, Senior Corporate Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel for Employment. Feiner holds a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, obtained in 1998.
