Matt Freeman is a data-driven strategist with over 10 years of experience in project management, financial modeling, and process optimization across both public and private sectors. They designed and executed investment strategies for Deloitte’s $4.5B Government & Public Sector practice and managed a $5M Data Ventures portfolio at The Rockefeller Foundation. Currently, Freeman serves as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Oracle, while pursuing degrees in Public Relations, Journalism and Mass Communications from Humboldt State University and a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
