Matt O'Keefe is the Head of Opower at Oracle Utilities and serves on the Board of Directors of the California Efficiency + Demand Management Council. With a career that has focused on the intersection of business, government, economic development, and the environment, Matt has held various positions at Oracle, including Regional Vice President and Global Vice President of Sales for Opower. Prior to joining Oracle, Matt worked as a Fourth Grade Teacher for Teach for America and served in roles related to market development and regulatory affairs at Opower and the City of Los Angeles. Matt is currently pursuing a B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University and an MPP in Public Policy at UCLA.
