Matt Warner is a Principal Sales Consultant at Oracle, specializing in service provider relationships and design solutions for telecommunications. With over 18 years of experience in the field, they previously held key roles at Verizon Wireless, including Principal roles in Network Engineering and Maintenance Engineering, where they led significant projects such as the first nationwide VoLTE network.
