Matthew Rowley

Matthew Rowley is a highly experienced technology professional with a strong background in infrastructure management and operations. Currently serving as Director at Oracle since March 2020, Matthew focuses on delivering Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to the US Government. Prior roles include Sr. Manager Technical Operations at Oracle and Infrastructure Manager at ARIN, where Matthew led mission-critical services.
