Melanie Hache is currently the EMEA Diversity & Inclusion Director at Oracle, where they focus on integrating Diversity & Inclusion and employee engagement into business practices. Previously, they held various strategic HR positions at Oracle, including Strategy Director for HR Solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and Senior EMEA Diversity & Inclusion Consultant. Melanie's earlier experience includes roles in HR management and recruitment at Sogeti, as well as a PhD candidacy with a focus on coopetition and co-branding. They began their career with positions in sales and marketing, including work as a sales assistant and marketing consultant.
