Melinda Johnson

Melinda Johnson is the Director of Security Assurance at Oracle, where they currently work in the Global Product Security organization. Prior to this role, they served as a Critical Situation Manager at Sun Microsystems from 2003 to 2008, managing critical customer situations for the Solaris sustaining organization. Melinda also held the position of SW Development Manager at Sybase, Inc. from 1995 to 2003. They earned a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy and Risk Management, graduating summa cum laude from the University of New Hampshire in 2021, and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
