Michael Labieniec is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Development at Oracle since February 2023, Michael previously held key roles at Amazon Web Services, including Senior Manager and Software Development Manager, where leadership was provided for the AWS Amplify Framework platform teams. Michael's career also includes founding seedup.io and serving as Chief Technology Officer, along with significant contributions to companies such as Ordergroove, Snapwire Software, and T-Mobile, where innovative solutions for e-commerce and mobile applications were developed. Michael has a background in teaching as a Lead Instructor at the University of Connecticut and a technical foundation established during earlier roles at Morgan Stanley and The Hartford Insurance Group.
