Michael Montecillo

Michael Montecillo is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the cybersecurity field. They served as the Offensive Security Leader for the State of Michigan from 2004 to 2007 and later held positions such as Principal Security Industry Analyst at Enterprise Management Associates and Director of Cyber Defense at KPMG. Michael's expertise continued to grow as they worked as a Senior Director at PwC and Security Intelligence Director at IBM, culminating in their current role as Chief Security Architect at Oracle, which they started in 2024. They are also an active member of the Forbes Technology Council and are pursuing a Master's degree in Information Assurance at Walsh College. Michael holds multiple certifications, including a Cybersecurity Policy Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School and a Chief Information Security Officer Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University.
