Michelle Elting

Michelle (Fisher) Elting is a Global Program Manager at Oracle Hospitality with a background in project management and data mining. They have previously worked as a Group Services Coordinator for Norwegian Cruise Line, where they managed communications for large onboard groups, and as a Data Mining Specialist at SRA, where they developed and managed metadata using Oracle's Business Intelligence tools. Michelle also served as a Special Events and Facility Coordinator at the Carnegie Institution for Science, increasing rental sales by sixty percent in their first year. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington.
