Michelle M. is the Managing Counsel in Oracle America, Inc.'s litigation group, where they primarily litigate and resolve commercial disputes related to enterprise software while serving as a legal advisor to support Oracle's business objectives. Previously, they have worked as a litigation attorney specializing in patent infringement and trade secrets, as well as in various other legal areas such as civil rights and criminal defense. Their prior experience includes roles as a financial analyst and law clerk, and they hold a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a JD from Yale Law School.
