Mike Moore

Mike Moore is a Senior Director of Advanced Technologies at Oracle, where they manage Open Source, International, and Cyber Security strategies for the National Security Group. They are a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) and a FEAC Institute Certified DoDAF Architect, holding an MS in Computer Science. Mike has over 15 years of experience in program management and execution, with a background in executive, technical, and program leadership roles within the Federal Government, particularly at NASA and the Department of Defense, as well as at Lockheed Martin. Previously, they served as the program director for Lockheed Martin’s Next Generation Identification program in support of the FBI. Mike's expertise includes business transformation, innovation, and the development of new business models and strategies.
