Mona Jain is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Learning and Talent Development. Currently serving as the Global Head of Learning & Talent at Oracle since February 2017, Mona oversees blended learning opportunities for over 200 learners, fostering emotional intelligence and personal growth within the team. Prior experience includes roles at Infosys, where Mona was a Sr. Talent Manager and Project Manager, focusing on fulfilling business requirements while nurturing employee aspirations. Earlier positions at Infosys as a Sr. Consultant involved the creation and deployment of innovative training sessions, while at Satyam Technology Center, responsibilities included editing a quarterly magazine and managing virtual learning initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management and International Marketing from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, a Master's degree in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Commerce from St Ann's Degree College for Women.
