Neil Thatcher

Neil Thatcher is a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Oracle. Previously, they worked at Aon Hewitt as a Lead Systems Analyst, where they led technical teams in customizing health care administration databases, and as a Setup Configuration Analyst, gaining exposure to project management. Neil also held roles as a Development Administrator and Data Analyst at Great Commission Ministries from 2001 to 2004. They earned a B.S. in Environmental Resource Management with a minor in Spanish from Penn State University, after beginning their studies in Environmental Science at Slippery Rock University.
