Nikhitha Reddy

Nikhitha Reddy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle since April 2022. In addition to this role, Nikhitha has been an active member of the Society of Women Engineers since September 2021. Prior to Oracle, Nikhitha worked at Bharti Airtel from June 2019 to April 2022 as an Assistant Manager, leading Network Analytics and Digitization efforts, and held the title of Member on the Airtel Youth Council. Nikhitha began duties at Bharti Airtel as a YTL intern in mid-2018 and previously co-coordinated a coding event at HERTZ during the 2017-2018 academic year. Nikhitha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat, completed in 2019.
