Ole Bore

Ole Bore is an experienced software development leader with a robust background in program management. Since February 2017, Ole has held various leadership roles at Oracle, advancing from Principal Technical Program Manager to Vice President of Software Development. Prior to this, Ole spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, where roles included Sr. Engineering Program Manager and Sr. Operations Program Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as Business Analyst at Minecode USA LLC and Business Coordinator at Microsoft through Kelly Services. Ole holds a Master's degree in Strategy, Organization, and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), completed between 2000 and 2005.
