Pat Philbin is a Technical Program & Network Infrastructure Manager with over 7 years of experience in leading global data center builds and telecom interconnectivity projects. Currently a Principal Technical Program Manager at Oracle, Pat oversees the creation of project plans and the management of infrastructure design and deployment of data center facilities. Previously, Pat contributed to Amazon Web Services as a Technical Infra Program Manager, focusing on global connectivity, while also saving over $2M through a self-initiated Telco Savings Program early in their career.
