Patrick Debusha currently serves as a Member of the Board of Regents at Uniformed Services University since December 2021, and holds the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager for Oracle Health Government Services at Oracle since April 2022. Prior to this, Patrick Debusha was the Senior Vice President of DOD Healthcare at Optum from April 2020 to March 2022, where strategic development of new business opportunities was a key focus. During the tenure at Optum, Patrick Debusha was also the President of OptumServe Emergency Preparedness and Response, successfully leading efforts that resulted in a significant FEMA contract. Patrick Debusha previously served as Chief of Staff for OptumServe at both Optum and UnitedHealth Group, providing strategic guidance to the CEO. Patrick Debusha is a U.S. Army veteran and holds a Master's in National Security and Strategic Studies from the National War College and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
