Paul Casha has over 30 years of experience in the ERP arena, with more than 25 years focusing on the Oracle Applications product suite. Starting their career at Oracle UK, Paul has worked with diverse clients across the UK, Europe, and North America. After taking a step back from front-line consulting, Paul held an Account Manager role for an Oracle Partner and assisted a recruitment consultancy in its recovery post-COVID. Currently, Paul serves as a Customer Success Manager at Oracle, where they are dedicated to helping customers succeed with ERP, HCM, and EPRM implementations.
