Paul Deitel serves as a Python Instructor for both the Master of Financial Engineering and Master of Science in Business Analytics programs at UCLA Anderson School of Management since October 2019. As CEO of Deitel & Associates, Inc., established in June 1991 by Paul Deitel and Harvey Deitel, the organization specializes in authoring and corporate training in programming languages and software technology. Deitel has also been recognized as a Java Champion at Oracle since 2005 and has authored numerous best-selling textbooks and video courses across a variety of programming languages with Pearson Education since 1988. Prior to these positions, Deitel taught public C and C++ seminars at Sun Microsystems from 1992 to 2001, becoming a leading Java programming instructor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
