Paul McDonald has extensive experience in technology and product management, with a career spanning several significant roles. At CGI from August 2004 to July 2012 as Manager of Consulting Services, McDonald led a team to implement ERP systems for multiple Department of Justice bureaus and improved system performance with a production services team. McDonald then transitioned to Opower, serving as Associate Director of Technical Operations from July 2012 to April 2014, where an agile delivery strategy was introduced, significantly reducing service delivery times. Following this, McDonald held positions at Oracle Energy and Water, becoming VP of Product and Senior Director of Opower Product Strategy & Marketing, focusing on product strategy, market research, and growth development for the Opower business. Prior roles included Director of Global Solution Architecture, where McDonald launched a cloud architecture practice.
