Paul Richard is currently the Lead Product Owner at Oracle Health, where they focus on driving the strategic direction of high-quality products in Ambulatory and Physician Solutions. Previously, they worked at 3M Health Information Technology as a Program Manager, managing value-based care programs, and at Cerner Corporation in various roles including Solutions Architect and Manager of Physician Optimization. Paul earned a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Kansas Medical Center, demonstrating a strong foundation in health and business administration with prior degrees from Pittsburg State University.
