Pedro Guzman

Pedro Guzman, PE, CDCMP, is a strategic engineering leader with extensive experience in program and facilities management across high-stakes environments. They began their career as a Power Dispatcher at Siemens before serving in various roles at Microsoft, including Principal Program Manager, where they optimized data center systems. Pedro has also held positions at Doral Financial Corporation, Amazon, and Meta, currently acting as a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager at Oracle, driving process improvement for global data centers. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
